Our AI assistant helps you generate assessment questions based on the documents available in your module. Currently, the AI assistant can only read documents stored within the module and create questions accordingly. It does not have access to the entire board, nor can it process links, embedded content, or videos. The AI assistant operates using a ChatGPT interface.
How to Use the AI Assistant:
1. Open Add Content and Assessment
Navigate to the section where you create assessments.
2. Provide a Name and Description
Give your assessment a suitable title and description as you normally would.
3. Click on AI Assist 🪄
This will activate the AI assistant.
Choose the Type of Questions
You can select from the following question types:
Free Questions (Open-ended responses)
Multiselect (Multiple correct answers)
Single choice (Only one correct answer)
Generate Questions
After selecting the question type, click on AI Assist 🪄 again and wait for the AI to process.
Review and Edit
The AI-generated questions will appear below. You can:
Edit the questions, points and answer options
Delete unwanted questions
Generate More Questions
If you need additional questions, you can repeat the process as needed.
By following these steps, you can efficiently generate and customize assessment questions to fit your needs!
