Introduction
In our last update, we said admin-specific widgets were still being finished. They are here now. If you own or manage courses, or hold an admin or teacher role in an organization, your Home tab now includes a set of sections built for you, alongside the same feed everyone else sees.
Courses at a glance
A running count of the courses you manage, with four numbers for each: not started, past deadline, stalled for a week or more, and waiting to be graded. Click any number to see exactly who it refers to.
Questions waiting for an answer
Unanswered questions from your courses, whether they came from a comment or a course chat, in one list so nothing sits unnoticed.
How your groups are doing
If you are an admin for an organization, this shows your learner groups with the same at-a-glance counts: not started and past deadline.
Your organization this week
A quick summary of activity across your organization, compared to the period before.
Engagement over time
A chart of daily activity over the last 30 days, so you can see trends rather than just a single number.
What has been achieved
Certificates earned and skills passports shared across your organization.
Choose what you see
Every section on the feed, including the ones above, can be turned off. Look for the eye icon next to a section's title. You can turn any of them back on at the bottom of the page with the "View widget settings" button, or from Settings > Feed widgets.
Managing more than one organization?
You can switch which organization you are viewing from the feed itself, with the Primary Organization picker dropdown menu in the purple Feed header.
